At Built For Results™, our goal is to provide high‑quality fitness coaching, structured programs, and real support that helps you get results. Because our programs include immediate access to digital content, coaching resources, and downloadable materials, we maintain the following refund policy.

1. Free Trial Policy

All new members receive a 7‑day free trial before any payment is processed.

  • You may cancel anytime during the free trial.
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership will automatically convert to a paid plan.

2. Digital Products & Membership Access

Because our programs include instant access to:

  • Workout plans
  • Meal guides
  • Coaching resources
  • Progress tracking tools
  • Downloadable materials

…all membership fees are non‑refundable once the free trial has ended.

3. Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships renew automatically every 30 days.

  • You may cancel at any time.
  • Your cancellation will stop future charges.
  • We do not issue refunds for partial months or unused time.

4. Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are billed upfront at a discounted rate.

  • Annual memberships are non‑refundable after purchase.
  • You may cancel anytime to prevent renewal for the next year.

5. Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge:

6. Chargebacks

Submitting a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Loss of access to all programs
  • Termination of membership
